Description

This Contract is for preventative and fully comprehensive maintenance services on Lift installations situated at various sites across the borough of Halton. \r \r There are currently 37 lifts (see Schedule 1 for details) that will be included in the scope of this Contract. However, this may be subject to change during the lifetime of the Contract.\r \r The initial contract duration is three years \r \r 1/12/2024 to 30/11/2027\r \r A one year contract extension is available \r \r 1/12/2027 to 30/11/2028\r \r Tender documents are available via The Chest https://www.the-chest.org.uk/ \r
