For the provision of Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) Information Advice and Support Service

Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council (the "Council") invites Tenders for the provision of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Information, Advice and Support Service (SENDIASS). The Children and Families Act 2014 requires Local Authorities (LA's), to provide children and young people with special educational needs or disability (SEND) and their parents with information and advice about matter relating to their SEN or disabilities, including matters relating to health and social care. Formally known as Parent Partnerships, Information Advice and Support Service (IASS), must now be provided to fulfil the requirements of the Code of Practice in relation to the areas detailed above
