To assemble the land and rights required for the successful delivery of these schemes, the Council wishes to procure a consultant to act on its behalf to administer the CPO process and if necessary assist in acquiring those interests not in Council ownership\. The consultant will undertake a comprehensive range of services to support the Council in the exercise of its CPO powers\. There will be two contracts, one for Colville Phase 2C and Marian Phase 4 and one for Woodberry Down Phase 3\. Interested parties can bid for one or both contracts\.
