Work description
Cefas is a multidisciplinary scientific research and consultancy centre, employing over 500 staff, delivering solutions to meet the diverse needs of public and private sector businesses and organisations active in marine, coastal, estuarine and freshwater environments. Cefas is undertaking a seabed characterisation survey in the Leeward islands of the Caribbean and requires the purchase of a portable, hand deployable underwater video camera system for data collection. The features of interest can exhibit high complexity which requires high definition video quality and positional overlay for feature identification and distribution mapping.
