## Description

This waiver is to allow us to complete work that was initiated through the Jacobs Term Consultancy Contract that will continue into the new financial year as the work has yet to be completed\. Proposed approach to allow Jacobs to continue support EEH's current commissions: EEH Monitoring and Evaluation EEH Roads brief Mobility Hubs Location Assessment As this work is already commissioned and it is not new work, we are looking to put in a waiver contract that will ocver the remaining work until it is completed\.
