Quantity Surveying Services - Cost Consultant Services

The Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to provide Quantity Surveying / Cost Management services, to support the development and delivery of the Broadwater Farm Estate regeneration programme for the remainder of the pre-construction programme and construction programme. The appointed role is to act as Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.

The Consultant shall carry out and complete the services detailed in the Scope of Services and all such other services as are reasonably incidental to or reasonably flow from those set out or could reasonably be expected from a competent consultant experienced in providing project management services on projects of a similar nature to the Development.
