## Description

Highways England is looking to engage technical support with experience of developing and supporting the implementation of asset information improvements and their practical applications for the management of rail and road assets, and to develop the capability \(i\.e\. people, processes and systems\) to sustain the improvements made to support the ongoing H&RS research project\.
