1. Deliver a fit for purpose River Severn Drought Order (RSDO) Environmental Report that satisfies the latest drought guidance. Provide in Word format with copyright ownership to the EA and NRW, allowing for future edits and updates to be done internally to keep the document live and enable the insertion of Welsh translations. 2. Deliver a Habitats Regulation Assessment for the River Severn Drought Order testing the RSDO in isolation and full in-combination, working closely with Natural England and Natural Resources Wales to understand concerns and obtain support. Provide a Word format and copyright ownership to the EA and NRW
