Work description
A quantitative customer research survey, with the overall objective of helping Ofwat monitor and build its understanding of how the business retail market is performing and delivering for customers by gauging the priorities, views and experiences of eligible business customers. It also aims at helping CCW have a more informed view of the market, in particular from the customers' perspective.
