## Description

Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a dog kennelling establishment to operate as an acceptance point to receive stray dogs from members of the public/Dog Warden, that have been picked up within the boundary of Blackpool\. The service will include call handling requirements during opening hours, kennelling and the re-homing of stray dogs\. It will be necessary for 5 kennels to be set aside permanently for use by Blackpool Council\. Please note the kennels are to be located within 10 driven miles of the Blackpool boundary\.
