Work description
The Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) required a financial adviser to undertake an urgent review of a Programme Business Case for a programme operated by HM Land Registry, and produce a report making a factual assessment of the business case.
The required product is a report independently reviewing the business case from the perspective of a sophisticated investor, making a factual assessment of the financial and commercial assumptions including pay-back periods.
