## Description

In order to create a new access road for a new housing development, existing communications cabling infrastructure belonging to BT Openreach must be diverted\. This requires new trenches, cabling, draw pits and control boxes\. Since BT Openreach are the statutory undertaker \(ref 828260\) they are required to carry out the work to their own installation\.
