Social Media Analysis conducted using natural language processing technology (artificial intelligence) to facilitate Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS) to use publically available information on social media as a part of its evidence base for the police and the fire and rescue service inspection programmes.
