## Description

This opportunity is available via The Chest:- https://www\.the-chest\.org\.uk/ The Council wishes to procure a framework for the hire of a range of non-operated small plant to support an in house delivery model of highway maintenance\. The service will be a top up service to supplement the Council's own small plant in times of high workload, provide cover for breakdown and to supply infrequently used equipment\.
