e-ITT Chiller cabinet replacement - Fareham Borough council Civic offices

Fareham Borough Council is looking to appoint a contractor with the relevant experience to deliver these works which will include the following works.

The removal of redundant cooling towers, refrigeration units and associated interconnecting pipework.

Provision of a new roof mounted air-cooled chiller and connection to existing chilled water distribution pipework and associated power supply and controls connections.

As the majority of the works are Mechanical Engineering Services biased so the Mechanical Contractor will act as Principal Contractor for this project and all other trades shall be employed as sub-contractors to the Principal Contractor.
