CDP Support and Maintenance

Support and maintenance, including ongoing development of Post Offices CDP systems The Supplier shall be responsible for, and shall support and maintain current and future applications which are accepted into the Operational Services, such that each Application meets the applicable functional and operational specifications and the agreed levels and quality of Service. The Supplier shall also provide Service Integration and Management Services for relevant applications.

Additional information: Call-off agreement from Lot 5 of Post Offices own Digital Capability Framework. Two year initial term with two optional one year extensions.
