GB-London: The evolving role of local government in employment, skills and growth

We are seeking to commission a supplier to gather intelligence, including examples of innovation and best practice, on how councils are working to implement the reforms on the following three themes: Integration of the Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEP) functions; Supporting ERBs with LSIPs and Supporting the Skills System. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
