ENQ587 - Arboretum Outdoor Courts and Cricket Practice Nets

Description

The requirement is the refurbishment of outdoor courts and cricket practice nets at Arboretum Park Derby. The outdoor courts and cricket practice nets were constructed as part of a series of improvements to the park carried out 2003 and are in need of refurbishment. Two of the courts are laid with a sand-filled tufted grass carpet over a rubber shock-pad and are used exclusively for football with the third court laid to tarmac and used for football and basketball. This contract related only to the two sand-filled grass courts. The cricket nets are situated adjacent to the courts and require new surfacing, edging and repairs to the external fencing.
