A23 Handcross to Warninglid Post Stage 7 remaining works

Provision of Ecological & Environmental Services to complete the remaining activities with regards the A23 Handcross to Warninglid 5 year aftercare period allowing conclusion of other associated activities related with the delivery of PCF HEMP (Handover Environmental Document) (post PCF Stage7), ensuring compliance with applicable Highways England's policies and procedures when delivering each stage. To include appropriate monitoring and feedback to so that Highways England remains within Public and Legal obligations in respect of Environmental and Ecology matters.
