External Wall Insulation Repairs

Rooftop Housing Association Limited have awarded a contract to Westdale North Limited to deliver installation of external wall insulation (EWI) repairs to properties across its stock portfolio in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire to fill up the gaps left by the dismantling of add-on structures. Occasionally, there is a requirement to carry out repairs to render only at a property due to damage caused to the EWI. Contract was procured by a mini competition run via the EEM EEM0046 Insulation and Associated Works framework Lot 1 - Midlands (Ref 2022/S 000-008983).
