CBC-2043-EXF-DA-SK Priory House - Heating/M&E Upgrades - Phase 2

Central Bedfordshire Council has appointed TSG Limited via the LHC 53275 Framework; N9 Retro Fitting decarbonisation Lot 5 to undertake a full upgrade and refurbishment of boiler rooms and associated plant systems.

The works include the installation of new boilers, water heaters, pumps, flues and control systems, together with pipework modifications, commissioning activities, and wider system improvements to heating, ventilation and water services across all plant areas.
