Work description
This Contract is a direct award under the NHS SBS, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework Agreement under Lot 7 Multidisciplinary Services. The multidisciplinary services cover, project management, contract administration, cost management, quantity surveying, and principal designer (CDM). The services are required to support the University with the demolition of University House.
