GENERAL CONSTRUCTION AND ASSOCIATED WORKS

This is an opportunity for an Invitation to Tender relating to the provision of to General Construction and Associated Works and invites organisations expressing an interest in the Procurement to submit a Tender Submission to the Council.

The works which are being procured are for the supply and installation of renewals, maintenance and general repair Works and any Associated Works, at various properties/sites throughout the North Kesteven District.

The works shall range from working on one property or to an estate improvement scheme. An estate improvement scheme shall comprise and vary between the following (but not limited to): resurfacing of roads and footpaths, lighting, planting improvements, fencing works.

The Contract shall run for an initial period of two (2) years commencing on 1st April 2022. There will be an option for the Council to extend the Contract by a period of one (1) year up to a maximum contract period of three (3) years.
