## Description

The Ministry of Justice has commissioned specialist professional services to support in strengthening its approach to Futures thinking and long-term strategic planning through the development of the Justice Futures Framework 2026\. The commission will review and consolidate existing Futures work, identifying key megatrends, emerging development and future scenarios relevant to the justice system\. Drawing on existing evidence, horizon scanning and stakeholder engagement, it will produce an accessible Megatrends product and supporting evidence pack to inform strategic planning\.
