Thamesmead Towers Window Replacement

Description

Peabody is undertaking a procurement exercise for the execution of window replacement, concrete repairs, ventilation works and other associated repair to 15, 13 storey tower blocks at Thamesmead, SE London. The procurement includes 2 Lots: Lot 1 - 6 No. towers requiring the above works; Lot 2 - 9 No. towers requiring the above works. The planned delivery period for all works is for contractor appointment October 2018 and completion late 2019. A separate contractor will be selected for each Lot.
