Ridgeway - Adaptation

The project comprises a single storey rear extension and internal alterations to provide additional living accommodation (safe room) to the ground floor of a semi-detached property. Works also include associated electrical and mechanical works. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a further competition under the RCP4 Framework, Lot 5 (Building Works £0-£150k). Start and end dates are provisional, 12 week contract period.
