Peasedown St John Primary School - Main Contractor

Description

Bath and North East Somerset Council are looking to appoint a main contractor for a new build expansion and refurbishment project that is proposed at Peasedown St John Primary School. Due to demand and the increase in housing in the area the school needs to expand by 105 pupils to meet the needs of local residents. The new teaching block comprises of three additional classrooms, a small hall as well as toilets and storage spaces. The works need to be completed by November 2020 in line with the attached programme.
