## Description

The project comprises of: \(i\) the erection of a suitable and approved access scaffolding system, removal and disposal of existing defective roof coverings and replacement with new roof coverings in strict accordance with the manufacturer's specification and warranty provisions; \(ii\) all associated builders work and repairs, including plumbing, brickwork and electrics as appropriate\.
