## Description

North East Lincolnshire Council \(the Authority\) wishes to commission a suitably experienced consultant to lead a team to deliver an Appraisal and Viability Assessment for the aforementioned site on Eleanor Street, Grimsby\. The site contains Nos\.5, 7 \(Former Education Department Offices\), 9 \(Former College of Art and Design\), Eleanor Street, Grimsby and the adjacent Art College Mews\. The output of this commission will provide the Authority with sufficient detailed information to allow a robust and informed strategic approach to be taken in relation to the future of the site and any proposals for regeneration and/or development therein\.
