## Description

This procurement is divided in to 2 lots: Lot 1: Wiltshire Council and Swindon Borough Council are undertaking a procurement process for a collaborative pan Wiltshire Substance Misuse Service\. The service will be structured around the PACT model, with an equal focus on Prevention, Access and Collaboration as well as a high performing Treatment service\. Lot 2: Wiltshire Council \(only\) is undertaking a procurement process for Housing Support Services for those requiring accommodation after they have successfully completed treatment\. We are seeking provider\(s\) that recognise that this housing should be a short term stepping stone\. The procurement for Lots 1 and 2 is being undertaken in accordance with the light-touch regime \(LTR\) rules \(PCR 2015 74-77\)\. The Council therefore confirms that the LTR OJEU threshold and timescales apply, as does certain flexibilities with regards to the tender selection and award\.
