The Trust would like to utilise the contractor software to issue parking charge notices through smart devices (operated by Trust Security and Parking Officers/Supervisors). All charge notices to be uploaded in real-time using Wi-Fi or GSM technology. Full reporting suite of software to be made available to the Trust detailing details of PCN's and processing information.
