## Description

Northamptonshire County Council \(Children First Northamptonshire\) is setting up a Framework Agreement for the provision of supported accommodation services for looked after young people aged 16 - 18 years\. The Framework Agreement is split into four \(4\) Lots: • Lot 1: Semi Supported Accommodation with 24 hour staffing \(Accommodation Manager\) and a minimum of 2 hours of 1:1 support per Young Person per week • Lot 2: Semi Independent Accommodation \(solo or shared\) with 2 hours of 1:1 Support per Young Person per week • Lot 3: Standard Additional Support Hours • Lot 4: Specialist Additional Support Hours\. Potential Providers can tender for one, several or all Lots; however if they are tendering for Lot 1 or 2, they have to tender for Lot 3\. Potential Providers can tender for Lot 3 and 4 only\. The Framework Agreement is advertised under the Light Touch Regime \(LTR\) and will therefore be re-opened at regular intervals\. The Council expects the Framework Agreement to re-open annually, but it may open at other intervals at its discretion\.
