## Description

Guinness wishes to improve our capability to monitor and manage our IT systems and infrastructure for security risks, events and threats across our estate along on a preventive, detective and corrective basis\. Guinness intends to enter into a contract with a single provider for a three year period with the options to extend up to a total of 8 years \(based on 3 year initial term with \+2, \+1, \+1, \+1 extensions\), subject to performance and value for money evaluations\. However, no guarantee is given by Guinness that such an extension will follow\.
