Colchester City Council \(the Council\) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake the work covered by this Specification comprising the construction of a New office/ studio space for the creative industries, built on the site of a former bus depot in Colchester, with works following the BREEAM method of assessment\. Full details of the requirements are detailed within the Specification and associated documents\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
