## Description

Estates Technical Services including fire risk assessments, water risk assessments, design, and consultation on complex estates issues\. Surveys that HMRC cannot undertake with their own staff\. The surveys require specialist knowledge, skills and insurances that are not held within HMRC and that we require in peaks and troughs\.
