Work description
? Wirral Council seeks to commission a Mobile Domiciliary Service to operate overnight (23:00 ? 07:00), delivering both planned and unplanned care, working seamlessly and collaboratively with other services to support people in their own homes, preventing admissions to acute care settings and reducing length of stay.
? There is currently a Mobile Night Domiciliary service in operation covering the whole of the Wirral area.
