## Description

The Government Legal Department \(GLD\) has been providing on-going commercial legal support and assistance to DHSC in relation to the IMS3 contract\. The next stage of work involves extending the IMS3 contract to enable the replacement FSP arrangements to be put into place and making the necessary changes to the contract terms
