Description
A contract was awarded for a delivery partner to develop an online introduction to mentoring programme, primarily (but not exclusively) aimed at QTLS mentors (known as supporters) whose role was to support QTLS applicants through the process of professional formation. The online programme was integrated with and ran on the Foundation's Online Learning (https://www.foundationonline.org.uk/) portal that supports practitioners in improving their organisational performance and learning delivery, contributing to continued professional development. As a SET course it was not publically advertised and was only be open to SET members. Tenders were invited from organisations with a strong track record in developing content and online learning materials for practitioners working in further education (FE) settings.
