## Description

Requirement for Building Surveyor led multi-disciplinary consultants for Bromley's education capital programme 2022-26\.\\r The London Borough of Bromley is seeking Building Surveyor Led Multi-Disciplinary consultants to assist in the delivery of its specialist and mainstream school capital programme over the next 4 years\. The Council is seeking consultants to deliver 4 lotss\. Each lot consist of a programme of expansion works predominantly to delivered through JCT Design and Build contracts\. Lot 4 also includes accessibility and planned maintenance\. The value of the overall capital programme is estimated at c\.£30m with the value of each lot of consultancy services estimated to be:\\r LOT 1 - estimated value £1,300,000\\r LOT 2 - estimated value £1,200,000\\r LOT 3 - estimated value £1,100,000\\r LOT 4 - estimated value £1,100,000\\r Type of Contract: NEC4 Professional Services Contract \(June 2017\) \\r \\r No tenderer will be appointed to more than 2 Lots in total\.\\r \\r This tender opportunity will be run through the London Tenders Procurement Portal and you will need to register your company with the portal as soon as possible \(if you have not already done so\) at www\.londontenders\.org to ensure that you are able to access and submit the relevant documents online\.\\r
