## Description

To discharge the two measures in the interests of safety \(MIOS\) made following a periodic inspection and the corresponding report under Section 10\(2\) of the RA1975 issued in June 2021, implement necessary works that are signed off by the Qualified Civil Engineer \(QCE\) by 8th June 2024 \(MIOS 1c and 2c\)\.
