Lot 1 - Asbestos Surveys and Analytical Services • Asbestos management surveys to domestic properties\. • Asbestos management surveys to non-domestic properties and including areas of communal blocks, garages, and community centres\. • Asbestos refurbishment and demolition surveys to domestic properties • Asbestos refurbishment and demolition surveys to non-domestic properties and including areas of communal blocks, garages, and community centres\. • Asbestos air monitoring and tests including; o Background, leak, and personal reassurance tests\. o Four stage clearance process and certificate of reoccupation\. o Any other air monitoring and testing\. • Sampling Asbestos \(ACM's\) and provide results and reports to the Contracting Authority\. o Asbestos bulk sampling, analysis, and reporting\. o Emergency; sampling, analysis, and guidance\. • Re-Inspection surveys to previously identified, presumed, and sampled \(ACMs\) • Making good works to damage caused by intrusive surveys\. • Reports and data issued to Members in agreed format\. • Ensuring accurate data is sent to Members to enable asbestos registers and plans to remain up to date\.
