Description of Services and Deliverables; The project comprises an initial stage feasibility report for a new learner pool at Royston Leisure Centre. The scope is as follows: · Review the adequacy of the existing changing provisions, incorporate designs for additional changing if required · Production of floorplans, elevations, mood board for finishes for new learner pool extension · Mechanical and electrical advice on servicing strategy and capacities · Pool specialist advice on specialist pool plant requirements · Structural advice on likely foundations, frame etc. · Project cost estimate · Project programme · Risk register · Procurement recommendations
