Description
The Trust is seeking to appoint a Development Partner to bring forward a residential scheme including associated infrastructure on circa 4 hectares of remediated land previously forming part of the old Alder Hey hospital site. The Trust is working closely with Liverpool City Council on this project as part of a collaborative partnership to maximise the use and opportunities the land affords. The intention is for the disposal of the land to a suitable buyer who would be willing to develop the land in accordance with the Trust and Liverpool City Council's vision of a primarily residential development which is in harmony with the surrounding properties and the new Alder Hey Hospital in the Park which is adjacent to the land being disposed of. It is envisaged that offers may be submitted in the form of a bid back model with capital or revenue options being considered.
