SO16554 - ATP Additional resource for Legacy workstream (L0963) - Variation

Description

This contract variation will include, but not be limited to, the following activities: - Researching of Civil Service Yearbook; - Completing the contextual information in the Service Level Appraisal Questionnaire; - Assessing whether documents need to be kept (k) or destroyed (d) and marking them as such; and - Assisting with quality checks and process workshops. The main contract is for a supplier to assist HM Treasury with document management services including: the provision of data management, record cleaning, cataloging, sensitivity flagging, sensitivity review and physical transfer of files to The National Archives.
