## Description

The Outstanding Teaching, Learning and Assessment \(OTLA\) programme draws together the ETF's activity to support practitioners to improve and develop their practice\. The two aims of the OTLA programme are to 1\)\. Improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment in the FE and training sector and 2\)\. Support increased professionalism for practitioners in the sector\. OTLA is underpinned by the Professional Standards\. The programme is made up of 4 different strands: Collaborative projects; Professional Exchanges; Support, Training and Resources; and Practitioner Research Programme\. This tender relates to delivery of work in the collaborative projects strand\.
