Description

The aim of this contract variation is to cover the removal of B12 contents to an offsite archive storage location. The main contract is to store legacy paper files in secure, low-cost offsite storage and to support the processing required to transfer selected records to the National Archives (TNA) under the terms of the Public Records Act. This contract opportunity was available via the Crown Commercial Service Framework Pan Government Document Storage and Related Services (RM1689) under Lot 1 covering off-site document storage and related services.
