Work description
Broxtowe Borough Council (the Council) requires a single supplier (the Contractor) to undertake heating upgrades including boiler installations in tenanted properties across the Broxtowe District.
The Contractor will be required to undertake both planned and ad-hoc work depending on requirements.
The contract is for an initial term of 1 year with 1x12month optional extension.
