Severe Weather Emergency Protocol \(SWEP\) provision for rough sleepers, to reduce associated risks of increased harm during winter months due to weather\. Provision of 20 bed spaces 7 days per week, during the active months to provide emergency shelter, support and assistance to individuals rough sleeping\.
