As part of the National Police Air Service Fleet Replacement Programme there is a requirement to provide tender assurance and support services as listed: • Aircraft acquisition specification definition\. • Professional advice on aircraft financing and leasing within public-sector procurement\. • Aircraft performance and direct operating costs of specific aircraft types\. • Operational analysis and simulation of the London Region outsourcing model\. • Aircraft acquisition programme management\. In order to meet wider programme deadlines, the consultancy support is required to commence as soon as possible\.
