Student Case Management System

LSTHM Student Support Services is looking to procure a Student Case Management and Appointment System to provide information, advice and confidential support to students including advice on non-academic issues that may arise during their studies and offers specialist services to help students make the most of their time at LSHTM.

We are asking suppliers to provide information regarding existing systems capable of supporting our requirements. We are not looking for development services and are interested in existing systems only. Further information can be found on the e-tendering system.

In order to understand the market, solutions and potential tenderers LSHTM requests interested suppliers respond to the questions provided on the portal linked. Responses should be submitted through the e-tendering system message facility. The information provided will be used by the LSHTM project team to inform and develop the business case, invitation to tender and other documentation, it will not be used as a means of comparison or evaluation.
